If I could rate my experience, it would be lower than a ranking of 1. So here's the story. I have a family of 7 and we went to Florida over Christmas. (experiences over presents). My kids wanted to do the Pirates Adventure on Christmas Day so I saved for the tickets. It was recommended to me to try Groupon for cheaper tickets, so I thought I could save a few bucks on the tickets and then get them some souvenirs at the show. I purchased 7 tickets from Groupon labeled Children or Adult tickets. When I called Pirates Adventure to make our reservation I was told I couldn't use the tickets because they were children's tickets. I asked if I could change them to adult tickets and was told no. I asked if I could return them and then repurchase the adult tickets and was told no. When I asked what I was supposed to do I was told to "take it up with Groupon". I got in touch with Groupon and was told the tickets were non refundable because the money was immediately sent to the merchant upon purchase. I called Pirates Dinner Adventure again and let them know what Groupon said. I was told again there was nothing they could do, which we all know is a lie. They had my money and I had an unusable voucher. Pirates Dinner Adventure stole my money. Not one person there would help me. I wasn't asking for anything for free, I was asking for help to get the right tickets. Since that day I have emailed the Company and the parent company with no response. I'm sure the actors and the show is great. Customer service though, is a zero, and that is being generous. So hopefully if you decide to go to this show it goes off without a hitch because clearly they are thieves!

Great show with high energy and a huge amount of food. We really enjoyed the audience participation.

From the entrance to the actual show the staff were so fun and welcoming. Hood opportunity for a professional family/group picture, authentic looking cool pirate decor. Huge bar and gift area. But the show was the main event and it was terrific. Each performer was wonderful. Great sound system/music. A ‘Cirque de Soleil” type duo were mesmerizing. Fun audience participation - kids & adults. And the dinner was served SO efficiently and it was vey good - I didn’t expect it! Plenty of parking too. Highly recommended for any trip to Orlando with kids and reasonably priced.

We had so much fun at this event! The show was very entertaining and the staff, from the servers to the bartenders to the crew in the gift shop were very helpful and engaging. We would definitely go again!

Great show! Lots of surprises! We went on Christmas Day and loved the surprising holiday ending! Lots of audience participation! Highly recommend!!
