Ricky was charming, funny, and very helpful. He helped everyone feel comfortable and defused any hesitation around the horses, whether that be in their handling or just contact in general. He made sure everyone was comfortable while still encouraging us to feel confident riding at a gallop. Ricky also takes great photos and has many pre-determined photo ops that will leave you with photos a lot better than you’d be likely to take on your own.

We had to meet in a field that is not clearly marked with no facilities or cell service while we waited for our guide. He was a half an hour late returning from his previous ride. We paid for an hour and a half ride and got barely an hour. The horses looked underfed and tired and they seemed to not want to go on another trip. RICKY, our guide, was kind of rude. He wouldn't even allow us to take a water on the ride with us, let alone our cameras...which they advertise such amazing views. Well I hope you have a good memory, cuz you can't even take your own photos on the trail. The tour guide takes pics of you, but ours were rushed through....and they were all taken on portrait mode, which makes the background of the beach (that we paid the money to see and get pics with) blurry! It looks like they we were cut and pasted onto to the background. Ricky didn't speak to us much on the entire ride. He didn't ask our previous riding experience. Thankfully, my friend was experienced and she got behind a few times. Ricky didn't seem to notice and/or care that she wasn't right behind us...but she always caught up on her own. I had communicated to whoever was booking our trip that I was recovering from a broken leg and they assured me the guide would be told in advance, which he wasn't. Once my bad leg came out of the stirrups and I couldn't get it back in. When I told him him pointed and gave instructions instead of coming over to help. Also, whoever was communicating with me assured me the 4pm sunset views would be better than the 6pm views....but we barely caught the BEFINNING of the sunset. We will definitely not be using their services again. We felt like more of a number getting pushed through an amusement ride, than a part of an experience of the great city of Aguadilla.

The guide was great and overall a great experience with my daughters. Finding the location where we met the guide was a little hard to find.
