Canopy Tour guests may visit the Wolf Centre on their own before or after their tour depending on tour time.
The Wolf Centre is a 5,000 square foot facility that houses exhibits of local wild life, a cinema, a retail space, a large indoor observatory, and it is wheelchair accessible! Visit the observatory and maybe catch a glimpse of Haliburton Forest’s wolf pack: permanent residents of Haliburton Forest since 1993.
For 9:00 am tours guests would visit the Wolf Centre after their tour. For 1:30 pm tours guests would visit the Wolf Centre before their tour. We recommend arriving between 11/11:30 am to allow enough time to see the Wolf Centre and maybe have a bite to eat.

- Not wheelchair accessible
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers
- No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- Guests should be able to walk at a relaxed pace under their own power for a minimum of 3 hours as well as being capable of embarking and disembarking a large voyageur style canoe from a dock. Guests will be required to wear a lap harness the same as what is used for rock climbing.
- Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
