We had to wait over 20 minutes for our private transportation. I’m not use to having to wait for a private vehicle transfers when I travel. In hind sight I would ask the question: “Will the car and driver be waiting for me specifically on arrival?” The service was okay for what it is. However, while it is private it isn’t like having a car and driver holding your name on a board upon leaving the terminal building.

Amazing traveling experience. Both drivers were so nice and talked to us the whole drive. I will be letting other friends and family know to travel through Happy Shuttle going forward. My wife and I plan to come back, hopefully next year around the same time to close out the year and we will be using Happy Shuttle 100%.
