Patricio was awesome! He got us to our hotel from the airport safe & sound...the van was super clean and smelled great. Not too much traffic so it was a beautiful pleasant ride.
Had an issue finding them at the airport; they are right outside the exit to the left of Margaritaville. Lime green shirts & khaki pants. Everyone was super chill & very helpful. Even the airport security folks help get you to where you need to be.
Happy Canyon has reasonable rates...for a roundtrip for two people...$89. Book online. Door to door service is excellent.

Check-In: Our Greeters will do a check-in with you and will call your driver who is waiting in the next-door parking lot. It will take only a moment to be ready to take you to your destination. The departure pick-up time will be confirmed with our greeter.
Number of passengers: The Transportation Federal Law permits us to provide the service only to the confirmed number of passengers in this voucher. Additional passengers may need to hire a last-minute taxi service.

I would highly recommend Happy Shuttle Cancún. They are a very convenient option from the airport. They meet you as soon as you step outside the airport and escort you to your shuttle. Every one I met who worked for the company was very nice and friendly. 10 out of 10

We had an amazing expedience taking the Happy Shuttle. We took the shuttle from the airport to the hotel zone and back forth. Everything was very well organized and smooth. Price was also very reasonable compared to other ride options. I highly recommend Happy shuttle, their service was 10/10.

The drivers we had were so kind. It did take about 20 mins to get our ride to arrive at the airport and they claimed there was an accident on the road. (I don't think that was true bc I checked google maps, but its not that big of a deal.) The cars are impeccably clean and the pick up from our hotel was exactly on time!
