• Have a personal driver take you to Ferry Isla Mujeres in a comfortable van. If you have a group of people coming with you this is the best option to have someone waiting for you just in time for your arrival. This service runs 24/7. Our Greeters are waiting for you and other customers OUTSIDE the Terminal's building, at the official Hotel Shuttles area. They are well uniformed with a Polo Shirt lime Green color with the logo of our company is on the left chest area.
Check-In: Our Greeters will do a check-in with you and will call your driver who is waiting in the next-door parking lot. It will take only a moment to be ready to take you to your destination. The departure pick-up time will be confirmed with our greeter.
Number of passengers: The Transportation Federal Law permits us to provide the service only to the confirmed number of passengers in this voucher. Additional passengers may need to hire a last-minute taxi service.
Important Note: If you are going to different place than the ferry terminal then additional fees apply subject to availability, please contact us to get pricing
On Departure, pickup time is at the Ferry Pier in cancun side, our driver is allowed to wait up to 10min after the pickup time. Please, make sure to take the ferry 30 minutes before your pickup time

Waited 45 minutes for a ride to the ferry terminal. The van we rode in sounded like the wheels were about to fail.

We booked a return shuttle from the airport to the Isla Mujeres ferry, with the ferry ticket included. It was just myself and my girlfriend. It was easy to book online. It was a bit of wait at the airport because they had quite a few others waiting on a shuttle. After checking in, they circled back to us and we jumped on the shuttle, no problem. They scheduled our pick up at the ferry dock to take us back to the airport, and again were on time with a big brand new shuttle.
