Punctual, very friendly and professional. We arrived around 10:30pm on Christmas night and left at 5am on New Year’s Day. The drivers were on time and picked/dropped us on time. Would highly recommend them for airport transfers

Booking experience on Happy Shuttle website was not as easy as hoped as I had trouble with their website. In the end, they charged me for 3 shuttles instead of the 2 I booked and had email confirmations for. Although there are 3 transactions showing up on my credit card bill, they are claiming they only have records for 2, so now I am having to hassle through my credit card company to get my $44 back. Don't get too hung up on the details of your flight. When you get there you check in a the curb and they will assign you a shuttle (no one is "waiting" for you.) Shuttle driver was nice but studying for French test (reading a sheet of paper) while driving which made me a bit nervous. Was 2x the price of an Uber we used when we returned to the airport a week later.

We booked a round trip ticket from the airport to our hotel. The first part was great, however we had a negative experience on the way back to the airport. Our flight was canceled due to weather like many people that day. We let the company know before our ride was supposed to pickup. They refused to send another shuttle, even after I offered to pay again. I would not recommend using them again.

Excellent service! From airport pick up on arrival and return trip from hotel to airport. They arrived on time with no issues. Would highly recommend! Very friendly staff! :)
