We used Happy Shuttle for our recent Cancún family trip and had a great experience!! All email communication and reminders were timely. Instructions on where to go upon arrival were clear and concise! There was unusual traffic upon our arrival so we did ride to our hotel with another family, but there was plenty of room and I appreciate them flexing the plan so we didn’t have to wait. Our departure was even more smooth. They picked us up at our hotel exactly when they said they would and we made it to airport and completely through check in and security in 44 minutes. We have a family of 5 and a lot of luggage too. I thought the cost was very reasonable for a round trip too! Overall great experience!!!

My family and I waited over an hour and a half to have a supposedly Private van transporting us 15 minutes to the hotel zone. We kept being told that it would be arriving for us in a few minutes. The rep kept hitting his phone and saying that soon another van would come. There were other reps who were able to take their customers in vans that pulled up, but not ours!. A few minutes turned into an hour and a half there were many other families that were in the same position and we were all tired and outraged. I will never book with happy shuttle again. In all fairness, the return trip was perfect. We were picked up in a timely way at our hotel to return to the airport. they kept citing heavy traffic and other excuses. But when we finally booked with another company, I saw that the traffic was as per usual. It is a terrible way to run a business. This shuttle company has high ratings and asks for arrival times. But it seems that makes no difference whatsoever as I said I will never ever and when we decided to leave the happy shuttle people were yelling obscenities at us swearing.

Always awesome, on-time, professional, and super nice! We've used HS 5 times over 8 years, will NEVER use anything but HS. Don't even mess with anyone else, from the booking to drop off always the best. And with cold beers and sodas every time, a must!
