Our Greeters are waiting for you and other customers OUTSIDE the Terminal's building, at the official Hotel Shuttles area. They are well uniformed with a Polo Shirt lime Green color with the logo of our company is on the left chest area.
Check-In: Our Greeters will do a check-in with you and will call your driver who is waiting in the next-door parking lot. It will take only a moment to be ready to take you to your destination. The departure pick-up time will be confirmed with our greeter.
Number of passengers: The Transportation Federal Law permits us to provide the service only to the confirmed number of passengers in this voucher. Additional passengers may need to hire a last-minute taxi service.
Important Note: If your hotel is not listed and or outside an 8km radius of the Hotel Zone then additional fees apply subject to availability, please contact us to get pricing
On Departure pickup time our driver is allowed to wait up to 20min after the pickup time.

This was our third time using this shuttle company, and once again they were fantastic. They are always dependable, on time, and so easy to work with. The drivers have been personable and professional every time, which makes such a difference after a long travel day. It’s truly a pleasant and stress-free way to begin and end our vacation. Happy Shuttle was on time. I felt safe in the vehicle. We had a 30 minute ride, so we don't have any opinions for longer rides. Overall booking process was seamless. I'll definitely book them again and highly recommend them.
