The boat was on time, the staff was friendly, the boat was clean, and the guide/naturalist gave us good information about what to look for in the water. When we came upon the pod of dolphins, he shared good information that was engaging. Although we didn’t see gray whales, we followed a 400-500 member dolphin pod for at least 30 minutes and it was a thrilling experience for all of my family!

The price and length of the tour was just right for a first visit to the harbor with a couple of teenagers. The weather happened to be absolutely perfect, and we saw California sea lions both swimming and sunning themselves on a buoy. The tour was easy to book online and the staff were friendly and professional.

The crew was great. We went around the harbor and the captain provided great narration with all the facts we should know about the area. We got to see a variety of waterfowl too. Excellent value for the price paid!

Had an emergency and needed to cancel. Reached out multiple times but never heard back. It was disheartening
