Great experience on how to cook authentic Chiken & Andouille Sausage Gumbo and Chicken Creole. As an aded bonus we got a short description of the history of the Creole and Cajun ancestry, while the fabulous ingredients simmered to perfection, filling the room with a dleicious aroma. There were about 10 of us in the demonstration class and the tasting samples were well received with many of us going back for seconds. The recipes were shared and all questions about the ingredients and cooking techniques were answered. Our chef was very entertaining as well with some gentle humor to promote our participation.
