Very affordable and absolutely top-notch service pick up and drop off! We had to postpone our day that we booked due to back issues and they without hesitation allowed us to hop on the next day! Very impressed

Terrible service … 45 min late on pick-up with no contact. Tried phoning … straight to voicemail Driver finally showed up with excuses about traffic. Could have contact us to say they were going to be late but nothing ….

The small bus picked us up on time right where they said they would, steps from our hotel. We had to schedule the later ,4:15, pick up as our Arizona tickets were for 2:15. We lucked out when we got to the Arizona shuttle stop and were able to get standby seating 10 minutes after arriving at Pearl Harbor. We immediately called the tour operator to see if we could change our time to the earlier return bus. No problem. The return ride was just just as smooth going as the pick up ride. We purchased separate tickets for the Missouri weeks earlier so we saved a bunch by just getting a shuttle instead of a full tour.
