The operator was constantly in touch with us before and the day of the shuttle pickup. The shuttle was on time to pick us up at the port andvwas accommodating when we wanted to return earlier than the scheduled time.

booked 7am to 11am shuttle to Pearl Harbour. after getting off we were handed new time of 2.30pm and told to phone to change it. phoned and were told shuttle at 11am was full and we had to wait at least 2 more hours before transport was available. makes no sense as we booked this shuttle months in advance and it threw out plans we had made for the afternoon.
