I am not reviewing the tour. Instead I am reviewing their customer service which was excellent. My wife and I were on a cruise docking In Honolulu. I had made the reservation with Hawaii Super Transit with the expectation that we would be able to make the pickup time. Unfortunately we were unable to disembark early enough to catch the bus. It was in no way the tour operator’s fault and I just assumed that we were out the cost of our tickets. We were in telephone contact with the operator as pickup time came and went and they offered us a full refund to my credit card. The refund was processed immediately. Thanks very much,

Our driver, Marve, was a fabulous source of information. We truly enjoyed listening to him and came back with far more insight than we had expected.

Excellent value!! Excellent FULL day tour!! Night before we decided to look for an open tour for the next day…surprised this one had availability. We booked. Perfect day…Marcie, tour driver/guide did an excellent job to entertain and assure everyone’s enjoyment.

Me and my wife had a wonderful time at the Dole Plantation Tour. Our shuttle pick-up was on time and the driver (I believe his name is pronounced as "Mervi") was friendly and very knowledgeable of the area. The actual tour of the plantation was excellent and we saw and learned alot.
