Nate was an expert at teaching surfing. I managed to stand up my first wave with his guidance. It was a great day in the ocean

We loved our first surf lesson with Patrick! He was great with our kids and helped them catch as many waves as possible. There's so much more to surfing than just hopping on a board, so having a lesson was very helpful. The location in Hanalei Bay was perfect, easy to access, and safe. We ended up coming back the next day and renting boards from them so we could go back out! The surf shop is also an adorable little boutique with lots of great finds for souvenirs and gifts to bring home. Highly recommend!

Nate was my instructor, he is a local and was fun to chat with. I have never surfed before but Nate explained how to surf in a way that I understood quickly and it just clicked. It does get tiring paddling after catching a wave and 90minutes for the lesson was the right amount of time. I went in the morning which was nice, before the beach got too crowded. I had a great time, highly recommend!

Nick, was a great in instructor I am 63 years old and he made me feel like a kid again surfing he was very knowledgeable and showed the aloha spirit
