I would let my friend choice this tour next time when they visiting NYC. We had a very smooth experience. No more fee need it. Staff aslo gave us some tips after tour. Good for families.

Excellent one off experience. Well organised, great communication throughout. Breathtaking views. Team rearranged our Wednesday flight cancellation (due to expected fog) to the Tuesday. The negative is that we paid for 30 minute flight and I presume due to trying to get those originally booked for the Wednesday and getting additional people in in Tuesday the flights were shortened to 20 minutes. This wasn’t communicated but would have been fine if they had as the experience was amazing. Thanks to all involved.

Can’t recommend this enough. Every bit of it was organised and executed perfectly. The staff were helpful and social.
Our flight wasn’t full enough so they moved things around to accommodate us.
