We booked our tour months before we arrived and they are great answering any questions you might have. What an amazing experience and view of the city you won’t be disappointed, we had a seamless visit everyone is professional and your safety is at the forefront of their business, thy want to you be safe and enjoy the experience.
Jacob our pilot was really friendly and took an interest in where we were from and what we was doing on a our visit he also checked in on us throughout our flight and we could ask questions but all of us ( there was 6 of us on the flight but we was a party of two) were in awe of the views.
Once we got out the helicopter we had to wait to be taken in side and a guy called Paul (aka moose to his colleagues) made us feel welcome and chatted to us about our visit and Jack the Ripper as we are from the UK.
Great trip and experience overall you won’t be disappointed, we highly recommend.
Seated in comfort, experience all the sights of Manhattan from the air on a 17-20 minute helicopter flight. Fun experience with lots of different facts. Best possible view of the skyline. Easy to check in, and get onto helicopter quickly.
Only downside is that it feels short but it’s 20 minutes long, as advertised, so knew what we were paying for (and not complaining - but just a heads up for those who don’t read the terms)

The sightseeing flight was mega! The view was unique and it was really just great. The pilot was very friendly and gave a lot of information. The staff on the ground were also friendly and it all worked great.

I had an absolutely amazing experience. Everyone that I came in contact with was so nice, willing to help me and made me feel comfortable for going by myself. I couldn’t be more thankful. I wish the tour was longer but it was incredible to see New York from that view

Just Wow! The views of the skyline, bridges, and iconic landmarks were absolutely stunning from above. The flight was smooth and the staff were very professional. A thrilling once in a lifetime experience that truly showcases the beauty of NYC.
