Historic Cold Spring Village is a open air living history museum that invites all visitors to find meaning, pleasure, relevance, and inspiration in the exploration of southern New Jersey's past. Speak with the Marshallville schoolmaster, a Settler at Cox Hall Cottage, the Dennisville Innkeeper and the Lady of House at Spicer Leaming. Historic Cold Spring Village artisans demonstrate and discuss the trades and crafts of the 19th century such as: blacksmithing, basketry, book binding, printing, pottery, woodworking, weaving and tin smithing. Tour the farm complex and see the animals. Stop into the Country Store to shop for artisan wares and souvenirs. The Village Bakery supplies beverages and sweet or savory snacks. Just outside the Village gates are The Cold Spring Brewery, serving micro-brewed craft beers and The Cold Spring Grange Restaurant (open seasonally) for farm to table dining.
