We enjoyed the walking tour and its ease of use once we got started. We did as suggested and got everything ready with the app before leaving the house. The tour is easy to follow and has alternate stops and routes if you want to learn more. We had our teenaged grandson with us and he found it very informative too.

The set up was a little stressful (required downloading two apps while paused on a sidewalk), but once we got things downloaded and set up, it was a great tour experience! I would definitely recommend downloading ahead of time, but also why do there need to be TWO different apps?

We really enjoyed the narration and being able to take the tour when we wanted. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 is because it didn’t always start on its own.

An informative and convenient way to see Salem and be immersed in its history. Makes it easy to take side trips to eat or shop...and then return to the tour at your convenience. Well done.

Self guided walking tour is a good premise but the technology didn’t work the way it was explained. I’d stand in front of an historic site and no message. Then I would get in my car or a restaurant and it would start describing things that were not near me!
