Our guide, Sally and our narrator, and Godfrey, our driver, provided a truly accommodating, beautiful, and interesting evening tour. It was a wickedly cold night in D.C. and these two made accommodations to the guests for the cold weather and snowy/icy conditions without detracting from any content or tour stops. Sally also invited us to share her nice, warm personal car to wait on our Uber driver after the tour was over! I've been on four Viator tours and every tour has been worth the money and memorable for all!

Great narrator. Don’t go on one of these tours during cold weather. With plastic windows you won’t see anything

Tour operators interested in making money more than the experience. This is a night tour based heavily on what you can see through your window and in the dark. If it is raining, and you know that there is heavy condensation on the plastic roll-up windows, and clients will not see ANYTHING, then cancel it and give refunds and advise that the trip would notbe worth anybody's time. This has happened on so many other tours, and I respect that the operators know when to call it quits. On this tour, they robotically did the tour whilst we saw nothing. My kids fell asleep for most of the tour because there was nothing to see on the foggy plastic flap windows. And yes, we rolled up the windows, but you can only take so much rain on your jackets and face at 40 degrees outside. It just doesn't make sense to drive around and point at things that no one can see ....and you should be more experienced to advise your guests that visibility will be next to nothing, so you are canceling. But you took everyone's money anyway .....

Make sure you know where to catch the Trolley/bus. I would call to confirm and not just rely on the e-mail. Not all the monuments are good for viewing at night.

When it’s cold, the plastic windows are down and it’s slightly harder to see. Lincoln stop is a little short given the current ramp.
