Phoebe was an excellent tour guide. Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and a great driver. My husband and I ended up being the only people on the tour due to other people's last-minute cancelation. We appreciate that the tour operator didn't cancel us. Great overview of the city for first-time visitors.
