Just outside the Town of Paia you will find Paia Bay. Home of the Paia Youth center and a famous body boarding spot known for its large and regular shore break. You can often watch the Keiki bodyboarding and surf up this spot. This is a great beach to hang out or sunbathe and this Beach is equipped with restrooms, and showers. If you walk down the beach you will pass a nice wooded area and Paia’s clothing optional beach before arrive Baldwin Beach.

Visitors are encouraged to come view the stupa, step inside to spin the large Mani prayer wheel, view the incredibly beautiful painted murals, and attend a daily prayer or meditation. People come from all over the world to visit this structure; it is a gorgeous must see landmark while in Paia town!

Sunday Morning Surf Town Loop Stop: The Alexander & Baldwin Sugar Museum is a non profit organization dedicated to preserving and presenting the history and heritage of the sugar industry and the multi-ethnic plantation life it engendered. The museum contains artifacts, photos, audio/video displays, plus outdoor exhibits of sugar harvesting machinery. Our Plantation Store contains sweet treats, books and other items related to sugar history, all airport ready and most fit into your carry-on luggage!
