The experience was amazing. The employees were super friendly. The open bar was great, unlimited drinks! The catamaran was confortable and spacious. I wish we could stay longer at the island, but everything else was excellent!

The crew were all great and really nice but...the snorkeling that I went mainly for was mostly spent swimming to the spot then only given less than 5 minutes to actually see the reefs, fish, and statues before being told we had to get back to the boat. Despite great weather with low winds, we weren't even offered the Spinnaker. Then on the island the instructions for the golf carts were unclear so we missed out on that as well. The beach club and lunch was nice. We will be going back to the island to tour with golf carts but will be going with a different company. Same with snorkeling.

The day I went on this Catamaran Adventure, it was pouring heavy heavy rains 🌧 and the forecast stated it would be for the entire day. I assumed they would call me and CANCEL....This company is soooo money hungry they would not cancel and refund money or reschedule for another day, and if I cancel, I would not get my money back.
So I decided to go. By the time we arrived to the boat there were no seats but the outside so here we are in the pouring rain on this boat. 😠 It really felt very unsafe to operate it that stormy weather. Shame on me for going.
I will say the staff is very attentive, nice and constantly asking if your ok and giving out drinks.
There was no snorkeling or swimming.
The buffet was very very delicious 😋 with a variety of foods. The rain cleared up 1 hour before we left the beach and we enjoyed that time.
Moral of this story...
Come hell or high water this Catamaran is NOT going to cancel for any reason. 👎🏽

Great for the most part.
Snorkeling was bad tho… very short (30 minutes) there is so many boats around, its extremely busy so you have to stay with your group with barely any space around and your guide just yell the whole time to make sure you dont get mixed up with the other groups… can’t bot even be free to go wherever you want
