Had a great time on this tour. Mount Vernon was absolutely worth the visit and our guide was informative with the stories and kind in engagement. The after dark portion of the tour was a highlight, I would definitely recommend touring the city at night, less of a crowd, and you get to see the monuments illuminated at night which is a different kind of special.

Experience Washington D.C. from Mount Vernon to the city’s iconic monuments glowing under the night sky. Begin with a guided visit to George Washington’s estate, where historic rooms and riverside views reveal the daily life of the nation’s founding figure. Back in D.C., explore landmarks such as the White House, Lincoln Memorial, WWII Memorial, and Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial. As evening falls, admire the capital’s most famous sites beautifully illuminated, offering a dramatic new perspective on democracy in action. This tour also includes a reserved self-guided ticket to the National Air and Space Museum for the following day, letting you continue your DC adventure at your own pace.
