Kayak Lake Mead was the first outfitter to offer moonlight kayak trips in the Black Canyon. That was back in 2004! Now, in addition to moonlight paddle tours, we offer afternoon and early evening twilight trips.
You have to experience a Black Canyon paddle trip under the moonlight.
On a nighttime kayak trip in the Black Canyon; we just go out, paddle easy and enjoy the night's sounds, it's breezes, and it's sky.
Paddling in the Black Canyon, in the moonlight, is a fantasy come true.
The best time for a full moon paddle is the 3 days before, during, or after a full moon.
However, you don't need a full moon, or for that matter, any moon at all to schedule and enjoy a twilight paddle trip with us.
