Do not recommend this company "King Tuk Chariots" San Francisco. They never picked us up. We sent a couple messages but had NO RESPONSE. We phoned the Chariots company and they said we were a no-show. We, however, had been waiting for at least 40 minutes before the scheduled time. We requested our refund and person on the phone didn't sound like he cared to listed and hung up. We then called VIATOR, and they helped with the refund. KING TUK CHARIOTS IS NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY. The only reason we gave it 1 star, is because it was the only way to proceed with this review. It was a great disappointment!
