  • Airport Pickup Waiting Time A 60-minute complimentary grace period is offered from the actual landing time. After 60 minutes, the chauffeur may: • Mark the ride as a no-show, or • Extend the wait time, based on availability, billed at our hourly rate of $150.
  • Cancellation Policy Cancellations made at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 3 hours in advance are non-refundable due to the operational coordination with our internal logistics team and third-party suppliers.
  • Any extra unplanned stops will be subject to a $20 fee per stop.
