If you’re wondering whether it’s worth it – definitely yes! We went with four children aged 13, 11, 9, and 4, and every one of them loved it. We found conch shells, snails, horseshoe crabs, starfish, and more. The kids listened with fascination as Rammel talked about the nursery area, and afterwards they all wanted to go kayaking again. It was truly a wonderful way to spend time together. Rammel , who led the tour, truly knows what he’s doing, and you could clearly feel his passion for what he does. We were also very lucky to see dolphins – a mother with her calf. An amazing experience!

Discover the difference with Marco Ecotours Our tours are more than a business - they are our passion. We strive to ensure that every guest has an unforgettable experience, surrounded by the beauty of nature without the exhaustion that traditional kayaks can bring. We use Hobie pedal kayaks, so there is no need to paddle or strain. We've seen clients of other companies struggle with regular kayaks, exhausted and unable to fully enjoy the adventure because of the physical exertion. With us, you'll glide effortlessly, allowing you to relax, explore and truly connect with the wildlife around you. Don't be fooled: the difference between a Hobie pedal kayak and a traditional one is like night and day, 100 to 1. No other kayak compares to the comfort and ease that Hobie kayaks provide. If you are looking for the most relaxing way to experience the beauty of Marco Island, this is it. Join us for an excursion made with heart and passion, and enjoy an adventure you'll never forget.

You can have no water sport/kayaking experience, have no prep, show up as a last minute decision (if there are spots available), and Rammel will take care of everything. It’s like going for a beautiful walk, but on water.

This was such a wonderful experience with my family. I am recovering from a broken foot and even so it was super easy to navigate. Absolutely the right decision over regular kayaking. Saw dolphins and birds and well led.

Finally a way my family could kayak together! My son could never paddle due to paralysis in his left arm. The ability to peddle allowed him the opportunity to fully participate in this experience. My family also loved the knowledge we left with. Now we have a deeper understanding of the sea life and the knowledge to help preserve it. This was also an activity worth way more than we paid!

Fabulous kayaking experience in the Rookery estuary. Rammel is a fantastic guide, emphasised a lot about the environment, the Marine life and animals. The best bit is that these kayaks have pedals too. Which is a big plus when having to paddle against currents or the strong winds which can take the fun out of the activity. Defo worth visiting and giving this unit a go!
