Don’t go with this agency!!! I arrived the pickup point 10min before the meeting time and waited there for half an hours and no one showed up. Then I called the agency and they told me the drive already left. But I didn’t see any car with the agency name, no one contacted me (though they said the drive WILL CONTACT when he arrives), no one called my name or said anything like “valley of fire”. Most terrible experience I had with day tour, totally ruined my day and plan. And when I called the agency they showed no care for customers. DO NOT go with them!

This excursion was extraordinary. Our driver and guide, Robert, was very friendly and helpful. The car very comfortable and the valley of magic fire. Breathtaking views. Robert even took a short detour to show me the Elephant Rock. It was really nice. Pick up and drop off at the hotel, very appreciable.

You will see several areas in a park of spectacular rock formations, and a set of petroglyphs. If you go during the hot half of the year, as I did, you will not be able to hike as the trails are closed. A tour in the part of the year when the trails are open would be better.
