The tour and guide were great. Our issue was that we booked a three hour tour to see the three attractions offered. Seems we were added to another tour group. After the cemetery, tour went on to the City Park where passengers were allowed 30 minutes off the bus. We then had a full tour of District 9 with many examples of homes Hurricane Katrina damaged and that had been restored. The tour lasted 5 hours. We missed our transfer from hotel to Viking River Cruise ship. The tour guide did kindly drive us to the pier. Had the tour included simply what we booked, 5 stars. But the rest was not booked nor appreciated.
