Caitlin was communicative and on time. She messaged the day before and the day of service to confirm the luggage count. We were met curbside, but that maybe associated with airport parking limitations. Caitlin assisted with our bags, and we were on our way. The vehicle was nice, spacious, and clean, and we arrived at our hotel in the garden district safely. My friend tipped because I paid for the ride, but she didn’t know how much the ride cost. Sorry it was low Caitlin. It certainly should have been more. You were great. Thanks!

The car arrived on time. I had even adjusted the time by an hour so we would be on time. Driver was very nice. Was a little more expensive but would book again.
