Our instructors are all locals from the Malibu area. We provide a unique and epic experience. Our lead instructor Dimitri has competed and surfed all over the world. He's perfected his methods and techniques over the course of 20+ years. His teaching style focuses on proper body positioning to improve the function and aesthetic look of a surfer on a wave. He provides guidance and knowledge on how waves work knowing that you will leave your lesson with the tools to be surfing sessions without the help of someone.
Itinerary
This is a full introductory experience into level 1 surfing. You will get a 15 min tutorial on paddling and standing up techniques. All precautionary instructions will be given to ensure the lessons safety. We will provide a wet-suit and surfboard in which we will spend 90 mins helping coach you into waves. In the water you will learn about turning and positioning to catch waves. Once you're helped into the wave and are being propelled forward you'll time your pop-up and begin riding the ocean swell.

- Not recommended for travelers with back problems
- Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

- Gear/equipment sanitized between use
- Guides required to regularly wash hands
