Our family had an amazing morning with Andres on the water. We were fortunate to have the tour all to ourselves, family of 4, which allowed us to get to the snorkel spots a bit faster than larger groups and tour boats. Andres was amazing, explaining the wildlife habitats and the history of the surrounding area. His photos are amazing as he gets in with you and documents the entire experience. He made sure that we were all safe and comfortable as we went and pointed out things we would have missed in a larger group. Upon finishing the tour, he passed along some amazing food recommendations that we hit up and were very thankful for. We would highly recommend!

John was an awesome guide and really educated us on the turtles. He was super patient as I have a fear of open water and snorkeling! I ended up in the water and it was awesome. Thanks John!

John Shappell was an awesome guide. He was a great teacher of the equipment and the local area. His equipment was excellent and the experience was just amazing. We saw so many turtles we couldn’t keep count. I would highly recommend him for your kayaking and snorkeling adventures in Maui.

Wonderful morning in the water with John. In a small kayak group, we were able to get to the snorkeling area earlier than the larger boats, and even got a glimpse of a monk seal and a small octopus in addition to many turtles and fish. John was knowledgeable and entertaining. We explored the reef and got plenty of time to both snorkel and kayak. It was our first kayak experience and won't be the last. Highly recommend!

This was an excellent snorkeling experience. The guide Andres was especially welcoming. He made everyone feel comfortable and safe, and knew exactly where to look to see the turtles and the best wildlife. He takes great photos of everyone too! Would definitely recommend this over the big boat for the small group interpersonal experience.
