Great tour with loads of information about Memphis history. Went to a few different places. At the end was told their was an 'add on' we could have bought but some members of our party were tired after a long day of sight-seeing. The tour we had was just the right length.

Very historical and informative, but if your looking for something spooky this isn't quite it. FASCINATING for sure though

The guide was not enthusiastic about his job. Our tour was on Halloween night with all sorts of people dressed in costumes on the street. I expected to feel a bit of an eerie vibe. The title of the tour was Mobsters, Madness and Murder, I expected more of all three to be discussed, and more historical information as well. There was so much potential for this tour to have been presented in a different and more exciting manner. Having been on other Ghost tours that left me looking over my shoulder for days afterwards this one only made me wish I had saved my money. I can’t speak for the other members on the tour but no one asked questions and they all scattered like roaches when he announced that it was the end of the tour.

Excellent guide. Knowledgeable and engaging! We got to see so many interesting sites and even a ghost or two!

This was the most uninteresting, phoned in ghost tour I’ve ever been on. The guide had no interest in the topic at all. I tried to engage with him on some ghost hunting conversation and he not only had zero knowledge whatsoever on anything I was talking about, but he showed no interest in it either. It was painfully obvious that he was just reciting a script. I thought it was also a bit tacky for him to to go to the bar twice at Ernestine and Hazel’s to get himself a drink during the tour and then not ask the rest of us if we wanted to get anything, just grabbed his drink and walked out the door. At one point the guide told us we had a long walk before the next stop and then just walked ahead of us in silence for about 10 minutes, only breaking his silence once to tell us how much he didn’t like the local utility company. Then randomly out of nowhere he’s like “ok, we’re done. Let me know if you need directions back to where we started. And they don’t pay me a lot so I’d really appreciate any additional contributions you could make” (even though we were the only group on the tour and had already tipped him when we booked). Hard pass on this one, extremely disappointed and can’t believe how much we had to pay for this “tour” that was completely uninteresting.
