It was amazing Til the end. The city tour was great. 12pm tour driver and guide were awesome. Public restrooms was an issue. Not enough access. The 330p boat ride was good. Elvin was well informed and in multiple languages. The bathrooms were located down stairs. The seats were positioned so close that there was no room for movement. The fact that I have mobility issues played a huge part in rather I was able to get up to go down stairs to go use the facilities. As we were returning to dock we were told to stay in our seats. Once docked we were being rushed off the boat and my sister and I were waiting on the bathroom. Because The female staff said there was indeed someone in the bathroom. While waiting, the dark haired clean cut worker, captains assistant maybe, began yelling at us to get off the boat. When I tried to explain to him we were waiting on the bathroom, he said they are locked cause we want you off the boat. When I tried to explain the female staff told us they were occupied that's why we were waiting, he got more verbally aggressive. Regardless we exited the boat without relief. Also The rule of no smoking no vaping on board needs to be told to the bartender. As he was vaping upon us boarding and unloading. Lead by example. Other than the end we enjoyed the day.

I do not recommend this tour! I booked for a 2:00 p.m tour. My husband and I showed up at about 1:45 and then 2 pm came there was no bus. My husband went to check with the crew and was advised the bus doesn’t actually leave until 3 pm. Why did you allow is to book a 2 pm? We left and came back, got on the buss things started out fine, once we got to bayside the tour man basically held you hostage to give a tip then just pointed the direction for us to walk to get to the boat for the next part.. we had to figure it out own our own at that point… this was more of a money grab tour more than anything. I’m very simple and can understand situations like being stuck in traffic most of the tour… but this was a horrible dictation! You get what you pay for, that’s for sure….
