I was super excited for this tour because it involved both land and sea. Unfortunately, the land part of the tour left late and seemed a little bit light on history. It focused more on celebrities and new construction projects. The sea part of the tour was a very confusing. When my tour group arrived, there was no one there to conduct the sea portion. After about a half hour, a new tour group arrived. The facilitator of that group helped get my tour group connect to another vendor for the sea portion. Unfortunately, The vendor wasn't expecting us and did not have enough space for all of us so we had to participate in stages. My tour should have ended at 4:00; however, I didn't start the sea portion until 4:00 which was 2 hours later than it should have been. My fiance and I decided to disembark at one of the stop close to our hotel in South Beach. This could be a very phenomenal tour, but the details need to be worked out. Also, the local office of Miami Tours needs a little bit of housekeeping. The floor had footprints all over it, and it did not appear that anyone had dusted for quite some time. The highlight of the tour was the tour guide on the revised sea portion with the new vendor. He was very accommodating, super funny, and bilingual! (Note: I speak English but appreciate that option for others). I would take a tour from him again anytime!

City Half Day Tour by Bus & Cruise turned out to be an all day fiasco. Bus was 1 hour late-scheduled for 2pm, but did not show up until 3pm after they used every lie in the book. When the bus did arrive, the bus looked like it belonged to a company that went out of the business. (RED FLAG) The bus was run down, loud, engine problems & emitted smelly toxic smoke when in motion. Leo (if that is his real name) the "so-called" tour guide came off as unprofessional giving out false information about historical sites.(RED FLAG) They only dropped by 2 of the sites listed on their website - used the excuse accident on the bridge/traffic to bypass all the other sites listed. (RED FLAG) They dropped us off at 4:30pm at Bayside Marketplace to catch 5pm Cruise only to be told that the cruise was full and that the next cruise would be at 7pm! (RED FLAG) Remember, the Bus Tour & Cruise people are all deviously working together! They offered to rebook bus tour for next day - HELLO! We are leaving town the next day! People already made plans for the rest of the night thinking this half day cruise would be over. Had to cancel our evening plans because of this fiasco. We were so irate, we took an Uber back to our hotel. Not waiting around 2 hours for the phantom cruise. Disputing charges with credit card company! Do NOT book! Complete waste of time & money.

It was okay to do but not that great. It felt a bit disorganized and rushed. Tour guide had a lot of Charisma but he used a lot of profanity which was a turn off for me. He recommended places to eat which didn’t seem like genuine relationships more maybe kickbacks. Pictures show like city travel but truth was just a flat water taxi. After tour I felt a bit scammed. Any way sights were good but that’s all.

This is a scam. The ticket was for both bus and a cruise trip to Star Island. Cruise company didn't recognize the ticket and bus company was nowhere to be found. we lost our money. We thought of a one off scenario but there were at least 5 other families with similar experience. The cruise company did offer a cruise after 5 hours only if there was seat available. Requested refund from viator and still waiting for a solution.

do not recommend it at all! very disorganized. Bus with a guide tour microphone noise, driver keeps bus door open the whole trip. Boat, instructions to find boat behind Ferris Wheel. One boat was there not working...called the Miami Tours, person could not understand it and hung up. After over an hour, one of the Boat taxis vendors told us that they could take us. Boat at least half of the size of the boat on Miami Tours ad.
