The experience & seeing all the sites was amazing! We had a great MC who gave us a ton of information about the different sites in Miami. However, the customer service with this tour operator was piss poor. We booked a tour for 11 for a party of 4, not only was the tour bus late by 15 minutes but 2 of the 4 people in my party got kicked off because they oversold the tour so naturally my husband & I got off so we could all go together. We talked to the people inside who Just said “well, what do you want me to do? Move you to noon?”. Well, obviously!! So not only did we have to be there early to check in, we then had to wait another 45 minutes for the next bus to pick us up. Then coming home from the boat tour, we tried to catch a bus again & were denied access of getting on because it was “too full”. The driver slammed the doors & drove off saying no. How is that behavior acceptable? I then called to see when the next bus would pick us up, it was another hour to an hour & a half wait!!! We ended up booking an uber so we could get back. Absolutely ridiculous & not acceptable!

This has the potential to be a really great half day, but was marred by loud music and a bus guide whose English was poor. The sound system on the bus was pumping out loud music. When the guide spoke the music cut out but returned as soon as the guide stopped speaking. As the guide’s English was so strongly accented it was really difficult to decipher, and I felt that there was far more information imparted in Spanish than in English. I came away with no more insight into the development of Miami or its history than when I started. In addition the group was pressured into attending specific shops and restaurants during times off the bus. Instructions about where to meet the bus following the boat trip were not given, and there was no marked gathering point. The guide on the boat however was great., she translated everything exactly the same in both languages.

We got the city tour but couldn't understand the guide and when we got to the boat, we couldn't get on. The boat operator didn't have us registered. Horrible experience. Dropped us off in little Havana and nobody knew where to meet back up.

Total waste of time, bus was in disrepair, the driver and guide were awful , cat calling to women on the street. Wasn't told anything about Miami. When we got there was pointed toward the boat, Where we all sat for an hour. Then found out that the boat wasn't seaworthy, and hadn't moved for 2 week. Avoid this at all cost. Waste of a day

Figure out where to park before getting there. We paid $50 in a private lot and then were told there was a parking ramp just a couple blocks away. Waiting for bus was unorganized, some people were given stickers and others none to show we were part of the tour. Tour guide Jose was good but when we got to Bayside for boat ride got real confusing again. Followed him to dock and got in line and one guy took our ticket receipt and then had to wait longer and then he was rude as we were getting on, had to check names again. The final straw was after the boat ride, which was nice once we got going, we went back to wait for 2:30 bus and either it was way late or never showed up so we ended up paying for an Uber to get back to our car.
