The tour guide was great the stairs for older folks was a bit tough and heat was on the extreme side.

Our train was late getting into NYC so we did not make it to Radio City Music Hall in time to take the tour. Therefore I cannot rate it

If one is disabled I would not recommend this tour. Unfortunately I suffer from a multitude of challenges but when I arrived at this venue and asked for assistance I was basically told to go stand in line. I found the staff at Radio City to be unprofessional, uncaring and dismissive. I would not recommend this venue.

Very unpleasant staff do not start wearing it at all from visitors to understand what they are saying. Mandatory change of staff to enjoy this visit

This is an amazing tour of one of America’s institutions. You will learn the history of the theater as you view its beauty. A must see.
