Museum of Ice Cream Boston Admission Ticket

A Caro Playground, not an Ice Cream Museum! What a disappointment! We visited the Ice Cream Museum in Boston with great expectations, but we were stunned to say the least. For an exorbitant $200 for five people ($10 each would have been acceptable, not $40!), we found ourselves in what is clearly a children's playground, with slide and ball pools (sprinkles), and very little, almost nonexistent, ice cream. The little ice cream you see is just for scene, and guess what? It's a fee! The idea of an ice cream "museum" implies, by definition, the opportunity to taste it, explore its history or its varieties. Instead, this is an experience that attempts to disguise itself as something it is not. If you want to take your kids to a well-equipped play area, maybe, but even then the price is a robbery. We came out frustrated and with the distinct feeling of being cheated. This place is a tourist trap that promises a greedy experience but only offers expensive kids fun with zero ice cream included. Highly discouraged to anyone looking for a real ice cream museum or an experience worth the money spent.
