Oh, where do I start? We were picked up at our meetup location 50 min after we were supposed to be picked up. We paid $100 per SINGLE parasail. Everyone was doubled up. The first couple that went was DROPPED from the air into the ocean. And then our boat captain drove the boat over their heads. The amount of screaming I heard that day was unreal! You could stay on the beach if you wanted to, which we did. This same company offered jetski too, and beach chair rental. $40 to rent 2 chairs and umbrella! And if you encounter jetski issues, they blame you and try to get a ton of money out of you! And if you don't have enough cash and offer to pay via Venmo, they charge you an extra $5!!!!

If you’re planning a trip to the Bahamas, I highly recommend this experience! From pick-up to drop-off, the team was professional and great. RJ and Duane were punctual and skilled drivers, ensuring a smooth ride. They also provided transportation from the hotel to the beach and back, which was a huge help. Overall, it was a very helpful and professional experience.

The weather prevented this activity for safety reasons but they responded to offer an alternate activity. I did not take the alternate since I'd did it the day prior. The operator worked to refund me.

THEY STOLE OUR COSCH SLIDES. Thieves and crooks, do not book. If you do, take ALL your items. They will try to get you to leave your stuff with them, DONT. Take it on the boat. Absolutely disgusting people.
