The pickup time said 1700 and we landed at 1620 and were ready to go at 1640. With much delay, waiting around, phone calls to the company, and even talking to the driver (who said we had to wait cause it was a shared ride, and it wasn’t btw) we eventually got picked up at 1732 which doesn’t seem bad but we were only here for two nights and now one is ruined. Will not be using or recommending this service again

This company was part of the package booked via Thomson Holiday. Arrived at jfk, no waiting transfer. Rang the company, told 10/20 minutes. Several other people also waiting. All in all, we had to ring 3 times. Should have been picked up at 1600, eventually got picked up at 1800. 2 hours later than scheduled! Return from hotel in times sq to jfk was with the same company. Due to be picked up at 1600, I got a phone call just prior to this saying it would now be 16.30. No transport arrived by 16.45 so I rang, I got transferred to the driver who wasn't best pleased I was ringing him direct(i didnt!) He told me the traffic was busy and he may not be able to get down our street and he'd be there in 20 minutes. No show so I rang again at 1700 to be told 10 minutes. Half an hour later I got a phone call to tell me to make alternative arrangements to the airport as the road was too busy for the driver to get down! Road wasn't busy, we'd been stood looking at it for over an hour waiting for pick up. Avoid avoid avoid. 2 hours late being collected from the airport and didnt bother to pick us up on our return journey. An absolute disgrace. A company that obviously knows how busy NYC is but doesn't allow for this on pick up times.

Our assigned driver left us standing at the curb. We had to wait 2 hours for another driver to be sent to EWR from Manhattan. This is a very unprofessional organization.

Horrible pick up from JFK. Did not track my flight. I tried to call their customer service number but was on hold then disconnected. Driver finally called me and said to go to departures and tell him door number. He called to say he’s still in traffic. I stood upstairs waiting as no benches for 45 minutes . Finally another driver called and said he would be there in 15 minutes. I could have uber black like my friend did and been at the hotel before I even got into the car. Never taking this company again
