We were looking forward to this tour on our last day in Miami. The everglades part was good. We enjoyed the boat tour and boat captain was funny. We spotted 5 alligators, I guess we were lucky. The alligatorshow afterward was impressive and informative. In the 2nd half of the tour, the walk of fame was very underwhelming. It was a hot day (as all days are in Aug in Miami), and our boat didn't have proper cooling, even for those who wanted to stay inside. The tour guide just mentioned the current or former owners of some of the mansions and a few celebrity gossip. We did not hear anything about the history or architecture of the area. The tour was supposed to include bottled water as per the website, but it was not offered at any point. There were long lines and waits, and we didn't have water with us and had to purchase it from the overpriced shops nearby. Next time, I'd visit everglades again but will skip the city boat tour.

This is a reseller of other tour packages. But they don't tell you who is handling the local tour. I was at the pickup location in Miami, trying to track down whose company I was supposed to be with. Had to contact the seller to find right bus to Everglade tour. Then had to contact again to find who was the Miami boat tour. They didn't tell me any of this, just where to go. There's tons of company's selling these things and it was a pain tracking down who and where the tours actually were.

Since we didn’t book direct, almost got left behind - even tho we asked tour operator more than once if he was out guide. Didn’t respond to calls (full voicemail), text or Viator chat. Very stressful. Timely once on bus. Not an easy experience to navigate.

Great Everglades tour guide and beautiful bay views. Transition between the different parts of the tour could have been a bit better organized.
