Chaotic. Ok to advise that car problem and late boat tour but then messy start to later coach tour with pick ups all over the place and late finish for the day and then expect another tip for driver even tho she was excellent The whole day is expensive and better value for money is expected Please improve

Tour was fantastic! The tour guide was super friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining. The tour took us to a lot of interesting places around Miami that we wouldn't have otherwise seen as we were only in Miami for 2 nights (plus we were all the way from Australia so it would be a long time until we have a chance to come back). The bus arrived on time as well so we didn't have long to wait and it was great that it included a boat tour as well all for a reasonable price. A great all round tour of Miami.
