I was on a cruise & my wife arranged this trip because I like kayaking in different places. There was only two other people with me. The leader was very informative and we saw alligator & other animals. The weather was warm. Enjoyed the bayou.

Kayaking is definitely the best way to see the swamp but this tour is near a busy highway and you can hear the traffic almost the whole time. We saw lovely alligators but very little other wildlife. If you have time to go further from civilization it's likely worth it.

Ryan was a phenomenal tour guide. He was very patient with us and we never felt at all rushed. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the area and took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions. I highly recommend requesting Ryan as the guide for this kayaking tour!

River was an excellent tour guide. And the tour was beautiful. Because all were in agreement we spent a little extra time on the water paddling. Saw a few small gaters some turtles and birds.
