We had a great time with Chef Eric and his helper Packie. Instructions were easy to follow and the food was delicious. We will definitely return for another menu another time.

A hands on class is way better than a demonstration. Our instructor, Chef Cindy was really helpful, injected lots of humor, and historical context. The highlight was the making of the rue, and the bananas foster. Well worth the ticket price.

I was with my daughter for this cooking experience. The place is well run. Chef Ricardo was funny and very experienced at teaching. We had a great time.

Chef Eric was unbelievable! He was patient, kind, and informative. The class was broken up into groups of ten. The AM session was easy enough, but when it wasn’t Chef was there to assist. Food was delicious!
