This was one of our favorite things we did during our visit to New Orleans. We thoroughly enjoyed Chef Cindy and all the information she shared about food history in New Orleans. She was a fantastic instructor and her humorous and fun outlook made everyone feel very comfortable. The food was so delicious and very easy to make. In addition to eating the amazing food we cooked, we were able to leave with an apron and all the great recipes. I am SO glad we found this activity. It was truly an outstanding experience and would do it again on a future visit!
