Absolutely loved our Central Park carriage ride with NYC Adventures! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Our driver, Luis, was incredible — super friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly loves what he does. He shared so many fun facts, and his sense of humor kept us smiling the whole time. Also, a big shoutout to our beautiful horse, Bella (such a sweetheart!). You could tell she’s well cared for and calm, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Plus, NYC Adventures really saved the day when our friends’ tour company didn’t show up — they helped them get a carriage too. That kind of service is rare. Highly recommend!

Everything about this trip and this company was amazing! We were so lucky to book our tour with NYC Adventures. Our friends booked the same trip with a different company, but no one showed up for them. Thankfully, our company stepped in and helped them find a carriage too — truly above and beyond! Our tour guide was super friendly and a lot of fun. We saw all the highlights of the park and learned some great historical facts along the way. Highly recommend — 10/10!

What a fantastic experience! NYC Adventures really came through for us. We had booked our tour without any issues, but our friends used another company — and no one showed up for them! Thankfully, NYC Adventures helped get them a carriage too. The guide was upbeat, super knowledgeable, and made the whole ride fun. We saw the best parts of the park and learned a lot along the way. Can’t recommend them enough!

Paid £199 for a trip today and the horse carriage never arrived. Ive tried countless times messaging the company but to no avail. Massive scam this company. Happy to take to your money but no actual trip

This was a very chilled experience. Our driver Noah was very polite and knowledgeable and asked if we wanted the park info or wanted him to be quiet. We chose the info and it was very informative. Noah stopped along the way for our own photos and Noah also took some for us. His horse was called Punch and he was in very good condition. It was a lovely experience.
