Pathetic, the boat never arrived. The departure was scheduled at 6pm and along with me bunch of other people waited will 6:30 pm but never arrived. I came before time

Please beware of this company. They scam people from outside at entrance of bettery park where you take cruise for Statue of Liberty. They tell you that they will take you on cruise to Statue of Liberty and they are part of city ferry but it’s all lie . They are private cruise company who just ask you that you want a one hour tour or four hours which pdoesn’t tell you that you can get off the island or not. They sell expensive tickets and around 32 dollar to 39:99 per person . They tell you cruiser is leaving in few mints just hop on the bus which is red bus named hop on or hop off bus. That bus takes you 4 miles away from your right place you are at and once you are there they make you wait two hours and still you have no idea that tey won’t let you go on island they cruise only go around the the Statue of Liberty island . Even on top I told the I don’t wants to go on this cruise be because I wants to go on island they tell you we not going to refund you if you need refund you need to find the person again at same spot where you purchased the ticket but you can’t find no one . They gave me a managers no as well who told me Jo there and call me I will refund you but no one pick your phone or respond back . I had to take uber back for all six people of my family back to same place and buy the tickets again from park which was only 25 dollar per person. So beware their cruse goes from pier 36 dock no 4. …..Do not buys tickets outside of Betery park . I lost 225 dollars
