Very bad service, rude driver was abusing the passengers, they don't even have place to keep luggage, the boarding person was saying keep your bag on your seat, our luggage compartment is full, very slow service, bus delay, waste of time, waste of money, I would like to tell everyone that Gola bus, Zing bus or Inter city are better than these, which are thousand times better than ourbus, very bed experience with the ourbus service. I am traveling last 7 years with the bus service but I am facing this problem first time in this bus service
