It is extremely rare that I write reviews, but the stay with Owl Rafting was so special that they deserve the feedback. We stayed with Owl for three nigths and spend one day rafting. Over the last 15 years our family has been at more then a 100 caravan grounds in 20 different countries and we cannot remember a better place then Owl. It is not the most luxurious place we have stayed, but it is extremely well run. The surroundings was amazing. everything was clean and well kept. The complimentary kayacs, canoes and SUP was a big hit with everyone. It was also the first time the family tried something harder then family rafting and in the whole proces we felt safe. And at the same time got all the challenges we wanted. A big thank you goes out to our Australien rafting guide Matt, who besides being the grand old man of the guides, was both extrely good at giving everyone a good time, both the ones who wanted a lot of adventure and the ones who needed a bit more safety, while at the same time sharing stories and knowledges about the land. Eventhough we would recommend Matt everyday of the week and think that he most be a great guy to have a beer with;), we also had a feeling that all of the other guides where really really good. All of the staff at Owl was amazing and we meet only hardworking, extremely friendly and energetic people. I think we (the adults at least) all felt like we where 20 years old around you guys:). It is not often you find a vibe like that. I know that it might be a bit corny with all this positivity, but honestly. We had a hard time leaving and afterwards we agreed that we could have spend the rest of our vacation at Owl.
