We'll ride along the Pacific Coast, taking in amazing views of the coastal bluffs and passing through the charming town of Shell Beach. Next up, we'll hit the tree-lined Bob Jones Trail, where you'll be serenaded by the babbling San Luis Obispo Creek and catch glimpses of native plants and wildlife. The original breakwater dates back to before the 1900s. Nowadays, it's a total hot spot for recreational sailing and fishing. Oh, and get this - the port actually has three piers! One of them you can even drive on. How cool is that? Plus, there's a pier that supports the research and educational facility for Cal Poly's Center for Coastal Marine Sciences.
