The luau was wonderful! The singer's voice is beautiful, the dancers super talented and fun to watch. The buffet was excellent with a wide variety of Hawaiian food. This is a must see show!

Fabulous show, we had so much fun and the food was great. Performers all looked to be having fun and that translated to an audience having fun.

We had a terrible experience. This show is advertised as "up to three hours." The difference is if you purchase the dinner or show only. We purchased the show only with the understanding that dinner would be from 5 to 6pm and show from 6pm to 8pm. We paid $300 for show only. When we got there at 5:45 we were sat if the far back (with plenty of seats closer). I figured that was because we didn't purchase the dinner. When we arrived we realized dinner was just being served. Additionally it was raining and this show is not protected from weather. After sitting in the rain for 45 minutes waiting to people to eat the show started. It rained throughout the show which abruptly ended in 35 minutes. Shocked, we asked if we could at least use our drink ticket that was included as we left. We were told no, the show was over. I tried over and over to address these concerns with the hotel. The front desk instructed us to seek out the food service manager. We looked for that person and called to leave a message. Never heard back. We asked the concierge for help. Someone was supposed to call and never did. After coming home I reached out several times and received an email a while later with an apology. I did not think this was an adequate response. I requested a partial refund and never heard back. I recommend a different luau. Perhaps one that is protected from the rain since it is common in Hawaii. At the end of the day we spent $300 for a 30 minute show in the rain that was mediocre.

The staff, the dancers, the music, and the food were all very good. I give 4 stars just because of the "location". It just seems commercial being on the roof of the hotel. A more "Hawaiin feeling" location would have made it feel more authentic.
